Hop boost is a food-grade enzyme that uses biotransformation to increase the complexity of hop aromas and flavours in home-crafted beer. It expresses more character from hops and enhances beer mouthfeel and drinkability, by reducing unpleasant, harsh bitterness. Hop boost also improves wort fermentability. Simply whisk one phial into half a cupful of water and thoroughly mix. Add to the beer at the start of fermentation. Sufficient for 3 brews.
